Butterfly Table BS20
Randek BauTech butterfly table BS20 is an efficient tool when producing prefabricated walls, roofs, floors, gable ends in timber or steel frame. The tables can be used separate or placed in a line. High quality is achieved due to the clamping function that guarantees the squaring of the building component. The turning of the building element is done with a controlled automatic process. High productivity is achieved; the working table is optimized for prefabricated house production.
Beam Insulation Machine
The Randek BauTech Beam Insulating Machine can be used in order to build insulated beams. The insulation creates better energy conditions for the building element in where it is placed. The machine can also be used for joining timber together for economic reason. Larger dimensions of timber in one piece are often expensive; beam insulating machine.
Wall production line
Interior and exterior wall production line developed by Randek BauTech in 1991. This production line can produce exterior walls for 500 standard houses per year (100 m²) in an 8 hour shift. The production line can also be used for production of inner walls.
Press Line - 30 tonnes
The Press Line, with a 30 tonne Hydro Nail press head on a counter balanced crane. The crane is motor driven in the x-axis and is operated from the press unit. Ten 500 mm wide electromagnetic fixtures and two 900 mm wide electromagnetic fixtures. Hydraulic unit with electrical cabinet.
