Randek BauTech has specially developed a production line for industrialized production of mobile homes. The timber frame automation system has been adapted to fit the requirements from the mobile homes industry. The production line has a high degree of automation and is CAD/CAM controlled and connects to all major drawing systems. The production line consists of a cutting saw SPL728, framing station, multifunction bridge, butterfly table, working tables and finish line for interior and exterior finishing. It is a flexible production line it can produce building elements with the following dimensions:

Length:          1.5 – 15.0 m
Height:           0.6 – 3.0 m
Thickness:     45 – 200 mm

The production line is also flexible regarding type of building elements to produce; walls, floors and roofs can be produced in one line. One more unique thing is that the system can handle angled top and bottom plates.
