The Swedish house-building tradition is based on a long industrial heritage. This is not only because of the Scandinavian climate but also because of the early demands for energy lean houses and strict rules on the home market regarding precision and regulations.

 

Working internationally and developing production equipment in close cooperation with the house producer, Randek BauTech is able to supply equipment ranging from a basic level of automation to fully automated lines. 

 

Randek BauTech offers modern technologies where the architect, together with the customer, designs a house using a CAD program. The CAD drawing is then transmitted to the production system (CAM) where it is converted into walls, floors and ceilings.

 

Building houses in factories makes it easier to meet the quality assurance and “Just in Time” deliveries that today is a requirement in house production. Taking control over and manage the production process including automatic feedback from different parts of the production line, is important to any producer. Randek BauTech offers systems where this is a natural, integrated part of the installation.
